Half built, no gym, paid-for-use sauna, room is too warm (26-28°C) with aircon blowing hot air. Staff don't care. Locals allowed to smoke indoors (at breakfast, in lift) despite the no smoking signs. Claims to be 'international', but is nowhere near it. English translations around the hotel are rare.
