Laila Seychelles a Tribute Portfolio Resort

Had an amazing stay at Laila Hotel! The staff were friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the whole vibe of the hotel was calm and relaxing. A special shoutout to the spa team — I had treatments with Jill and Phally, and they were both outstanding. Jill gave one of the best massages I’ve ever had — super relaxing but also helped relieve a lot of tension. Phally was equally amazing, with a calm and caring approach considering my little brother was getting the treatment from her. If you’re staying at Laila Hotel, definitely make time for the spa and ask for Jill or Phally. You’ll walk out feeling like a whole new person!

We would like to thank the whole team led by Manager Ms.Veronica for taking care of us during our stay. The rooms were clean, quiet and with all the amenities. Including free water available at any time. The breakfast was delicious, in a very cozy restaurant atmosphere. The pool has a bar next to it, which makes it very convenient. But what truly stood out, was the excepcional service from the incredible staff. Every member was attentive and highly proactive, able to cater all our needs in a professional and friendly manner. Thanks so much for the great experience.

For us it was the second time in Laila! Like the first time we had also a great experience with the hotel, the interior is beautiful, the food is delicious, the staff is totally friendly, the hotel is clean and we felt totally comfortable there. It was really nice, that a lot of the staff recognize us from our last stay! :-) I think room for improvement is still in the menu related to vegetarien options. I already see more vegetarien options than at our last stay, but i would recommend to put even more vegetarien and also vegan options in the menu. Especially in the Laila deli there was no vegetarien sandwich option. We want especially name some of the staff members, who have impressed us very positively.
