L'aja della Mirusina Piedmont Resort Monferrato Langhe

This hotel is amazing. Huge room and everyone is very nice. Several of my requests were resolved immediately. Examples: I left my phone charger, but they were able to give it to me at the reception. I worked for a long time that day, but I wanted to have dinner. The lady was very nice, she prepared a very delicious dinner for me at the agreed time. And many little things. I will definitely come back to vacation with my family.

Lovely hotel based in a gorgeous setting close to many winery’s. The facilities were fantastic with a lot of thought obviously gone into everything. Pool was great even though it was cool and raining we managed to sit outside a while. The receptionist was very friendly on arrival, but the service wasn’t the best after that with slow service at the bar then a 10 minute wait to check out. We didn’t get much sleep due to very noisy neighbours as we could hear everything. Not the hotels fault at all but soundproofing could have helped. Breakfast was amazing! The tiramisu was out of this world.

I saw a room available online and called to book directly, since it’s better for the business. Instead, Chiara hung up on me. So much for hospitality.
