Lake Como Golf Hotel

I see people complaining but for us it was a great place to stay, no problems at all. Parking is public, there was a place for us to park when we arrived, but i can see that being a problem sometimes for some guests. Rooms are clean and nice, toilet is great and everything worked. Town of Commo is some 20 minutes away with a car.

The rooms are noisy because the Hotel is located above a pub. The pub is open late The hotel does not have parking and guests must use a public area, where it is difficult to find space for the car. The parking is not in a protected area. The waiters at the restaurant don't smile and the service is chaotic. They are not organized and keep asking you what you want! The tablecloth on the table is dirty and is not washed but only dusted The rooms are very badly organised! There isn't enough space to move. I asked the receptionist several times to fix a window in my room and no one solved my problem! I closed the window with tape! The breakfasts are not sufficient and the buffet is often empty (half past eight, the buffet is without bread and ham). The rooms are clean but not maintained

This should be a 1 star hotel. We “tried to” stayed here for one night, room 105, and at 12:30am we went back to our camper parked just outside to sleep leaving the room because of the noise. There is a bar with noisy people just under the room, plus disrespectful guest who came at 12:30 screaming and taking loudly. I called the receptionist and she didn’t pickup. My wife tried to take a shower, hot water was bare minimum and the hairdryer exploded in her hands making a flame. Depressing to see that this is a 4 stars hotel.
