Great resort with all you need for a family holiday
I recently stayed at this resort and, unfortunately, had a very unpleasant experience with the staff, particularly the receptionists. We wanted solve problem with coffee deal there and we were met with a lack of respect and courtesy. The receptionist was not only unhelpful but downright rude, speaking to us and our friends in a condescending manner. We felt unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay due to the poor attitude of the staff. It's disappointing that such a beautiful location is overshadowed by unprofessional behavior. I hope management addresses these issues, as they significantly detract from what could have been an enjoyable experience.
