Cleveland Rotorua Motel was a great place to stay with my children. From the trampolines, swings and thermal pools my children where gratefully entertained. The beds and the pillows were truly amazing, our two bedroom apartment was clean and modern and a pleasure to stay in. Highly recommend
We loved Cleveland Thermal Motel so much! The cottage was warm, cosy, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The Geothermal heated large swimming pool was such a treat, our 3 kids loved it and had a lot of fun swimming. The staff were lovely and helpful. We would highly recommend this accommodation. Great location too.
Stayed at this motel for the first time. Kath is very kind and loved talking to her, she’s very sweet. Great free room service, the rooms are well insulated and the heater works great. The rooms are also spacious and it was perfect, would definitely come again to this motel. It’s also a great location and it’s easy to travel to anywhere for activities, it’s also very close to grocery stores, gas stations, fast-food places and restaurants. The outdoor pools at this motel are great too, my partner and I enjoyed using their heated pools!
