An excellent 4 star hotel on the banks of Lake Titicaca. This is about 4.5 km away from the Puno central plaza. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice. Open till 9 pm. There is a room and laundry service though we didn't use them. The breakfast spread is also excellent. There is a small souvenir shop within the hotel lobby. The bar is well stocked with a good selection of cocktails.
We had a really good stay at lake Titicaca hotel. Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast and dinner were good. Plus there were several nice extras like welcome drinks, transfer, early check in, late check out… but best was the staff! Absolutely lovely, helpful people. Also English speaking, which is always a plus. We felt very welcome and they helped us wherever necessary. Location is quite outside of the city center which we liked! Would definitely recommend staying here, worth every sol!
Hairs inside of room/sheets— improperly cleaned… tough to get taxi outside of Puno and the roads were broken/muddy - not developed to get to hotel. Inconvenient location. Front desk ladies not helpful and did not communicate well. Would avoid and book another hotel in the Puno central area.
