Lake Toya Tsuruga Resort Hikari no uta

Just spent my birthday night there. It was fantastic, every staff there is nice and polite. Check in was hassle-free, very straight forward and patient with foreigners. They took our luggage to our room and did their best to explain their facilities and areas. Dinner was amazing, best meal i have had in a long time. Breakfast was very good and satisfying as well. The next day they were kind enough to offer us shuttle service to Toya Station. Very enjoy and appreciated our short stay in this resort!

Had a pleasant stay at Tsuruga Resort Hikari no Uta. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of service provided by the staff was exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Every request was handled promptly, making our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The food was another highlight. Whether it was breakfast or dinner, every meal was thoughtfully prepared and delicious. Our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The resort was situated much inward and there is a need to take a short walk to view Lake Toya. However the resort boasts a well maintained and beautiful garden park which you can enjoy strolling towards the Lake. Overall, I highly recommend Tsuruga Resort Hikari no Uta for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service, delicious food, and immaculate accommodations. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel located in the suburb area but where is still so near the Lake Toya sidewalk. There are parking area for residents. And some nice photo spots around the hotel. And we have also enjoyed a free harp concert for 40 mins. But we two were the only audiences. I guess other residents might not noticed about the concert.
