Lakeside Holiday Resort

Beautiful Resort on the lakeside, I stayed with my family and friends for two weeks the past month. The resort is really relaxing, it is located near the beach (2 minutes walk) but it also has a large pool at the front where the kids played all day and you can relax. There is a supermarket at 100 meters from the resort and also the lakeside walk is really nice. The Rooms are really large, clean, and with new appliances, complete with everything needed, Also there is a small pub/bar owned by the resort in front of the pool where you can buy coffee, beers or drinks to take with you on the side of the pool. The last good note is the management of the Resort, the owner is very welcoming and kind with every request we had, and also the girl at the reception-desk/pub was so kind to wait for us with our late night check-in and was always smiling every time we passed by. Loved this place! The man in reception gave us a lovely welcome and made sure throughout our stay we were happy! Lots of thoughtful touches, welcome drinks and wine in our apartment! The room was lovely, so clean, the towels and bedding felt new, good shower and kitchen. Fantastic location, restaurants close by, supermarket and a short walk to the beach. Nice pool and sun loungers at the property. Would highly recommend, very friendly and relaxed. We extended our stay as we didnt want to leave. Look forward to the next visit!

We stayed in the Eden Resort for 3 days, the rooms and location was great, but what we didnt know, that our building belongs to the property of Lakeside Holiday Resort. The owner of Lakeside Resort really tried to make our stay miserable (because we didnt booked our stay from him, but the other business). He treated us like worse kind of people. He was watching us from his little reception all the time we were near. We could not have our mattress in the common pool, because "it was too big", meanwhile his guests could swim on their bigger mattress. He made it really obvious that we are not welcome there. It was very weird situation, to feel like an intruder in holiday resort, that we paid for. So it is 5 stars for the Eden, for clean rooms, great location and hassle free stay, and 1 star for Lakeside because of all the stress the owner caused.
