Edit: While I understand comforters can’t be cleaned every time, the pictures show this time they should’ve been. The property management company seemed to be doing the best they can to a certain extent. The comforters and pillow shams were not swapped out or cleaned from the previous guests and when inquiring why, that’s the policy: we don’t have enough time to wash all of the linens before the next guests.
Called to inquire about prices and possibly book a stay. Someone answered, mumbled something and then hung up in my face. Didn't bother to call back. Called a few more times and seem to keep being forwarded to voice mail. Nevermind. If the location is anything like the customer service I think I'm dodging a bullet.
