We stayed in Vista Cay July 2025. I booked the condo via AirBnB. The room was clean, beautiful, private (despite being a condo) and had a beautiful view of the lake. Beds were pretty comfy, there was enough couch room for everyone to relax and watch TV. Pool was warm and clean, splash pad was fun for the kids. Condo was located in a convenient area of Orlando to get to Disney Springs, universal Parks, discovery cove, and aquatica. I’d definitely book my stay here again!
We had a fantastic stay at Vista Cay Resort! The condo was spacious, impeccably clean, and perfect for our family — plenty of room for the kids to play and relax. The resort’s pool area and bar were excellent, providing a great spot to unwind after a day at the parks. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from Universal Studios (about 4.6 miles) and a short drive to Walt Disney World (approximately 8.7 miles) . It’s also conveniently close to SeaWorld and the upcoming Epic Universe park, which is right across the street. Overall, Vista Cay offers great value and is an ideal choice for families visiting Orlando. Highly recommend!!
The location is so convenient to the convention center and theme parks. The pools were great and the units are spacious. There was a little deferred maintenance that could be done like blinds not opening and closing well, etc but nothing that impacts the stay significantly.
