Great location in the heart of Old City. If you are looking for a clean room with a clean bathroom and shower with great service, this hotel has it. Nothing fancy but it gives everything you need. The staff were super friendly and helpful and everything is close to it. Loved our stay and would gladly come back if had the choice.

We arrived at the hotel around 6am after a long flight and were so relieved when the owner offered us an early check-in and breakfast. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is fantastic — just a short walk to major attractions, with tram and metro stations nearby. Highly recommend!

Over rated not as good as it states on some websites, front of house staff member when we initially got in was unbothered, unhelpful and rude, he had the panda type eyes I didn't get his name but whoever was on shift at 9pm 22nd July was very unprofessional and the fact he assigned us the wrong key so we entered a room where there was 2 guys already in that room! No apology as if he owned the place filled with arrogance, Breakfast was dead not much of a variety no hot cooked fresh on the spot food lady and man with cowboy hat were lovely. Room was ok although uncomfortable bed, leaking shower head, slowly and I guess partially broken aircon that took ages to cool the room down. Plus points were location and the fact there was a small fridge freezer! 1 particular staff member needs to be trained or leave as his not suited for that role although rest of staff members were polite and greeted us with a smile.
