Amazing Turkish Bath Experience! Our first time trying a Turkish bath and we absolutely loved it! The staff at Lalila Blue were welcoming and professional, and the whole experience was relaxing from start to finish. We enjoyed it so much, we came back again on our last day. A must-try if you're in Marmaris!

The Lalila Blue Suites is a very nice hotel but it is a smoking heaven so if you don't smoke I wouldn't recommend it. The management say they don't allow smoking in rooms but you will find an ashtray and matches provided. They also say they remove towels after breakfast from reserved sunbeds that aren't being used. Again not true, we were there for a week and not one towel was ever removed. Food and service was overall good. Drinks were okay cocktails were poor but it is all-inclusive so don't expect too much. Entertainment not for me thanks, not one singer or band just juggling or folk dancing. As I said smoking heaven smoking is allowed pretty much everywhere except reception and dining room.

Extremely Disappointed – Left in Tears - Spa I booked the Deluxe Couples Package at this spa after seeing glowing recommendations on TikTok and reading great reviews online. We even travelled from another hotel just for this experience. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst spa experiences I’ve ever had. Within minutes of arriving, one of the therapists asked if I was pregnant just by looking at my stomach. She did apologize afterward, but the damage was done – I felt completely embarrassed and uncomfortable for the rest of the session. It’s not something anyone wants to hear in a place that’s supposed to help you feel relaxed and confident. Things didn’t improve. We were told the face mask would stay on for 7 minutes, but we were left alone in the room for 25 minutes. I actually got up to check because I thought they’d forgotten about us – I found the therapists sitting in the changing area on their phones. For a treatment that was supposed to last 2 full hours, a good portion of it was wasted waiting in silence. The massage itself also crossed a line. The therapist mounted my husband’s back, straddling him without asking or explaining beforehand. He felt extremely uncomfortable, and it was completely inappropriate – something we’ve never experienced in any professional massage before. We paid £120 in cash for this, expecting a luxury experience, but left feeling upset, disappointed, and uncomfortable. I really wanted to love this place, but sadly, I can’t recommend it based on what we experienced.
