Great potential, major let down. Try to get a room overlooking the “pyramid” mountain. Staff were friendly and kind, but service was poor. Our room was fine. Perhaps the first thing I’d change would be the bathroom door. It is a mere glass-sliding door, which does not protect for sound or odour, and not everybody is this comfortable with whom they are sharing. The outdoor pool had only 3 sun shades (not to be dramatic, but this was shocking), and about 16 pool chairs. If the hotel was fully-booked, only 8 rooms would have where to lie down. There’s plenty of room for more. Breakfast was the biggest let-down. The display looked poor and variety was scarce. Some items looked dry and sad. They had no butter. I’m sorry, but this simply cannot happen. The excuse that “our supplier was meant to come yesterday but hasn’t” simply does not cut it. Order (more) in advance. Poor management.

Extremely clean room. We loved the modern design. Everything looked really fairly new Close and walking distance from the city centre .Really nice continental breakfast.Outdoor pool is just the perfect size.Its a really pity that both the steam shower and sauna were not working.Air condition doesn't have a option to change to heat/cold ,when we asked the receptionist they informed us that the air conditioner is commanded by them and it was not possible to change . First time this ever happened to us !!We have to just subject to the temperature the hotel decides,I totally disagree with this policy!Fridge in the room was not working.It seems to have lack of maintenance in this hotel . Unfortunately below our expectations!We have been to much better hotels in comparison to this one and some quite close to this location.

This is not a 4☆ hotel, very bad rooms very small and the glass are paper made, not good, SPA very small sauna not working properly bad conditions
