L'amphitrite Palace Resort & Spa

We had a wonderful family stay at this hotel! The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. A special thank you to Si Mohammed (the manager), Hind, and Youness for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we decided to extend our stay. The breakfast buffet was of high-quality. The hotel’s private beach access and close proximity to Bouznika and Harhoura were also a major plus. Highly recommended for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway! We will definitely be back soon!

Very good choice to stay. Was there for a conference at Rabat. food menu could be improved and the overall service standards could improve View from the room was awesome

The worst pool experienceI’ve ever had. We booked a group day pass for $40 (400 dirhams), which is already quite expensive , especially for the poor service and conditions we found. This hotel might have been nice long ago, but now it’s clearly not well-maintained. The place is dirty: when I sat at the pool coffee shop, there was a piece of bread on the chair and pieces of food still on the table. No one was cleaning it. The waiter took ages to take our order, and when I followed up on the two Americanos I ordered, it had been 25 minutes. The man behind the bar was literally chewing bread while talking to me, mouth full. When we went to get sunbeds and towels, the staff member said there were none left , even though four were clearly available right in front of him. Only after his older colleague told him to give them to us did he fetch them, and then he just stood there waiting for a tip. Overall: • Poor service and no follow-up • Dirty and unkempt facilities • Staff expecting tips before doing anything • Overpriced for what you get — just a sunbed and a towel.
