Lanai at the Cove

My wife and I were looking for a quick getaway from Portland and found Lanai at the Cove. Not only was it one of the only places available, but it was one of the better rates, so we locked it in immediately. It must have been fate, because what a great find it was! We weren't looking for anything fancy. We wanted clean, quiet, and comfortable. Lanai at the Cove checked all those boxes for us. The staff was great, and the GM (Wayne) was very nice! Nothing melts away stress like the sound of crashing waves. With a perfect balcony view of the sunset, we were able to hit reset on our tension at this humble hidden gem. We will definitely be back!

I love this hotel. It is so close to the ocean it feels like you could throw a stone and hit it. The rooms are super cute, the staff is friendly. They allowed us to charge our car while there. They have rock firepits you can use. You do have to go down rocks to get to the sandy beach, but we liked that because they formed tide pools where you can see starfish and crab! If you are looking for a relaxing ocean feel close to forest hikes I definitely recommend staying here. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Lanai at the Cove! The beachfront location absolutely stunning - the view is so close to the water, it feels like you're right on the ocean. We called for late check in close to midnight and Miriam at the front office was incredibly helpful, friendly, and communicative. She went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. This has become our go-to place whenever we visit Seaside or Cannon Beach, and we'll definitely be coming Back!
