The hotel is excellent and very clean. The services are outstanding, and the view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are extremely respectful and always have a smile on their faces. They assist you with everything you might need during your trip—from restaurant reservations to great local recommendations. At the reception, Mr. Mostafa and Mr. Ahmad were highly professional, always welcoming with a warm smile and kind words. The staff member responsible for the rooms, Mr. Ahmad, is calm, highly skilled, and always has an immediate solution for everything. My overall rating: This hotel deserves more than five stars in terms of quality, service, and location. For my next trip, I will definitely be staying at the same hotel. Much respect!

I highly recommend Ali Assaf, who worked as a luggage attendant. He is extremely polite, reliable, and always ready to assist guests with a smile. During my stay in the deluxe room, I was impressed by its modern look and feel. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. I also want to recommend Mustafa and Mohammed at the reception. They were always helpful and quick to resolve my concerns with professionalism and kindness.

Lovely hotel, I’d say one of the best in Beirut. Staff are very helpful and the rooms are lovely. They are quite big with super comfy beds. Our room had an amazing sea view. Mini bar is fully stocked daily and there are tea and coffee facilities. Several times during our stay we had Lebanese sweet treats and fruits left in our room for us to enjoy. Would Definately recommend and would return.
