Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park

The king bed was huge and so comfortable. The room was great and quiet. The slat window shades don't provide complete block out but that didn't bother me. Wonderful atmosphere and surrounds but the thing that really made my stay special was the service provided by Renee on the front desk. So considerate and friendly, she took my needs into consideration and was super helpful. She also remembered me the next day and showed gentle genuine interest and kindness in our conversation. I have always wanted to stay at the Mansion and will be coming back for sure - especially when there is a great last minute special like the one that I got.

A fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Luxury rooms, delicious breakfast buffet, and beautiful gardens to explore. A1 service from all the staff - especially the manager Jarvis. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the heritage room with the indulgence package. The package and staff were lovely, the room was disappointing. The package itself was good value, the massages at the day spa were divine and the 3 course meal at Joseph's was delicious. The self-guided tour of the mansion was a unique experience. The staff were genuinely wonderful, warm and friendly. They even arranged for chocolates to be brought up when they learned it was my husbands birthday! The room was just very small, with only one bedside table and no phone charging points on either side. The bathroom had a stainless steel sink/vanity top like a public rest room, and the toilet felt like it was in the room which wasnt very romantic. Also the room was not soundproof. We were woken several times during the night by wedding guests in the hallway, and again early in the morning by loud water pipes from the room next door. All in all we appreciated the lovely staff and extras included in the indulgence package. Rooms need some improvements.
