Small and hot, but clean rooms. Bed was not that great either. Location is good and breakfast decent. Good enough for staying over a night on a roadtrip. Brewery and lake in walking distance

I was excited to arrive here in anticipation that it would provide me with an authentic experience. I felt a cozy vibe as I approached the entrance. I booked the Kleines Doppelzimmer - Beste verfügbare Rate for 2 Gäste 2 Nächte on their website. It was 258,40 EUR. Judging by the pictures, it was a good price. My Check-in was So. 15. Sept. 24 and Check-out was Di. 17. Sept. 24. It stated that it was directly on the Alps, so that sounded exciting. My significant other and I checked in at the front desk. We were assigned room 8 and then given keys on a keyring. One key was for our room door and the other was for the main door of the facility. Our room was on floor 3. The room seemed a bit dated, but clean. The Doppelbett was pretty comfortable. There was a good amount of outlets in the room that I got to use. I wasn’t too into the style of the Badezimmer, but it was efficient. The water pressure was good. On 17.09.2024, we had Frühstück at Gasträume, which was on floor 1 near the entrance. Our table was 8 Reserviert for us. It felt cozy inside there for sure. It was a buffet that was self-service. On my first trip up, I got an Orangen, a Filterkaffee, scrambled eggs, and bacon. The Orangen was alright. The Filterkaffee was horrible. Even sugar didn’t help the taste. The scrambled eggs and bacon were both bland. On my second trip up, I got a pretzel. It was rather hard. I didn’t enjoy it. I think Frühstück should have been included with my stay, especially due to the low quality. I was displeased by it and felt ripped off. There were Toiletten below floor 1. They were clean and seemed to be kept up with nicely. Checking out was fast. There weren’t any issues. The service throughout my stay here was alright, but nothing to brag about. The employees were helpful at least. Overall, this place did the job. The price wasn’t bad and the location was decent. I think this place has room to improve. Dates of stay: So. 15. Sept. 24-Di. 17. I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this hotel. I called the front desk for assistance and not only did it take forever for someone to pick up, but the staff member I spoke with was rude and completely unhelpful. I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest.
