Amazing family hotel. Great service, clean rooms. Warm and welcoming staff. Food was delicious. Definitely would recommend it

Awesome owner run hotel with indoor and (heated) outdoor pools plus whirlpool. Spa area has two finish (hot) saunas, a wet sauna plus two warm saunas in the oriental part. The heated beds are super relaxing. Great place after a full day of hiking in the mountains around. Staff is super friendly and food is awesome. Dinner had 6-8 courses, breakfast is a rich buffet with everything you need from tasty to healthy. Lots of parking around the hotel and a local bus stop direct in front of the hotel. Next town Zell i. Z. Is about 15-20min walking. Also two train stops in walking distance. Lots of activities around (we stayed here in autumn 2022). Many of the cable cars are operating also in summer.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. What stood out the most was their incredible attention to detail, especially when it came to accommodating my daughter’s gluten-free dietary needs. Often, finding suitable meal options for her can be challenging, but the restaurant here made it a seamless experience. Their gluten-free menu was extensive, delicious, and prepared with the utmost care. Each dish was beautifully presented, and the staff made us feel reassured by explaining the precautions they took to avoid cross-contamination. The hotel itself is a haven of comfort and luxury. The rooms were immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and offered stunning views of the Zillertal Alps. The amenities, including a relaxing spa and wellness area, added a touch of serenity to our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the beauty of Zillertal. Whether it was hiking in the summer or enjoying the snowy slopes in the winter, everything was easily accessible from the hotel. To top it off, the staff’s friendliness and dedication were unmatched. I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough, especially for families with children or couples. Their commitment to exceptional service and inclusivity sets a gold standard in hospitality.
