Landhaus Flottbek Boutique Hotel

It’s a comfortable facility with a hotel, restaurant and conference rooms (we had a company off-site there). The area is green and quiet, the hotel has an old fashioned spirit including open fire in the restaurant. The room was functional and cozy. The conference room was spacious, with very nice design, full of light and air. If you would like to have a dinner at the restaurant — make sure you book in advance, it’s a popular place with really good food. Parking is available. Breakfast is also very nice. The personnel are helpful and professional.

The restaurant - staff members were very very nice . Atmosphere and food flavour was very good and quality for both breakfast and dinner . I love the idea of homemade butter . The hotel - Dislike - The hotel offering way below expectations. Our room was downgraded without telling us . its quite unfair and unacceptable . Check out was nightmare , the receptionist was below par .

I tried to book with a larger group for two nights, one of which included dinner. We would be 13 couples, totaling 26 people. The persons I spoke to during a period of time to finalize the reservation showed complete lack of understanding in arranging dinner for 26 since they only accommodate up to 25 in a group in the restaurant if we didn’t pay 4000 euros for the whole group, i.e. 100% more than a normal dinner per person. They also refused to split us into two groups. I regret their decision, but most of all, I am very surprised and saddened by their unpleasant and arrogant attitude. I hope they are nicer to the guests they do accommodate.
