Dry nice hotel ajustado outside of the town. The food is quite good. Rooms are spacious, new and clean. Staff is cool. I hope next time they have proper ironing boards, not just those tiny ones very uncomfortable.
The receptionist was so unprofessional and rude as well 0/10 do not recommend this shit hotel with dirty stained bed sheets and smelly dirty rooms. Also it is NOT pet friendly
I have had a mixed experience from this hotel. I was on a business trip (from a famous OEM in Sweden) visiting supplier in nearby area in Germany. I traveled with four colleagues but I was the first one to book this hotel weeks in advance based on pictures and reviews, and then my colleagues followed after. Once we arrived (total of 5 people) I was the second person to check in. My colleagues were given rooms in the new part of the hotel but not me. I was giving a room in an old building, a separate building across a little street. The room was nothing like the pictures I have seen, the building was smelly and humid. So I was frustrated and went back to the reception to complain. The lady in the reception said there were no other rooms available but I refused to accept that and asked for her manager. Her manager came, after a quick look on the computer screen he said something to the lady. She started swearing in German and then I was givin a room (regular and no upgrade) in the main building. After staying in the hotel for two days It was time to check out. So I asked another clerk who was working at the reception whether the hotel had different bookings for the two different building. He confirmed that the old building has a lower price and therefore it's own booking. So consequently I asked about my booking and he confirmed that I booked and paid for a room in the new building. It made me upset again! I asked him to issue a complaint but the clerk refused and said that the problem was solved and was no need to report it. To be fair the hotel (new building) was nice but the way I was treated was anything but awful. I will never come back to this hotel again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone!
