We had 3 nights here recently and very much enjoyed our stay. The staff were really great, the room was large and comfortable, there's lovely cycling, boating and walking nearby. The hotel has a good restaurant (but a limited menu when we stayed). If renting their electric bikes be sure to ask about the battery display.
Avoid at all costs. Got booking confirmation via Booking.com but the hotel was closed. Refund requests were met with automated responses promising refund which never came. Took nearly 2 months to resolve this issue with Booking.com who was also not helping.
The worst experience ever. We booked the hotel and came in front of the hotel. Security does not allow us to enter the hotel. We have learned that it’s closed for ukranian refugees and nobody informed us until that time. I could not find another hotel due to easter holiday. Do not book this hotel!!!
