As the Ellamkart team, we had a comfortable stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the location was perfect—close to shopping areas, metro stations, and key attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a decent variety and the service was quick. A good value-for-money option in the heart of Dubai for both business and group travelers.
I stayed at this hotel for a few days. Overall, the experience was okay, not too great, not too bad, just decent. But I must say, what really made the stay comfortable was the staff. The room was clean and maintained well, as expected from a hotel of this level. Breakfast was also okay…nothing too fancy, but it was fine. However, the service at the restaurant really made a difference. A special mention to Jennifer, the restaurant manager. She was very polite and professional Because of her and the staff, even a simple breakfast felt good. So, while the hotel itself is average, the warmth and hospitality of the staff, especially in the restaurant really made the stay more comfortable. If you're looking for a peaceful stay with good service, this is a decent option.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room had several issues the door was broken, the blower didn’t work, and there were no accessible sockets to charge our phones, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, a few other things in the room were also damaged or not properly maintained. On a positive note, the customer service was actually quite good. The staff were polite and tried their best to assist us, but overall, the room condition really affected our experience. Definitely not what we expected for a 4 star hotel
