We stayed here while walking Hadrian's wall. What a haven, the owner couldn't have been a better hostess. Nothing was too much for her. Beautiful, roomy, comfortable room. Clean and well thought out. A lovely downstairs living room to relax in. The food was out of this world and she sent us on our way with a fantastic packed lunch. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Amazing B&B on the Hadrian’s Wall. Deborah is a fantastic host, nothing is too much trouble. The room was delightful, fantastic breakfast, and if you order the dinner, well, wow!, tasty and delicious home cooked food. One of the best places we have stayed in. And whoever Eduard is, you have obviously never stayed there!

Long overdue review! We stayed here overnight, on a road trip from London to Edinburgh. We were on week 2 of a 3 week trip that included Bulgaria and France. Deborah and McKenna were amazing hosts. We called to let Deborah know what our ETA was, as we were arriving late. She had a hot dinner waiting for us despite the hour. The rooms were lovely (I would have happily slept in the glorious bath tub), the landscape was gorgeous. We got to meet the sheep and a few ponies as well. They sent us on our way the next day, well rested, with full stomachs and a suitcase full of freshly laundered clothes. I would like to spend some more time in the area, poking along Hadrian's Wall and in the Borderlands, and I'll definitely be back!
