Langham Place Xiamen

Stayed here in May 2025. I would like to give a shoutout to all the service staff at the hotel. Service was top notch. Special mentions to Jamie at front desk and Leo at the spa. Hotel was clean, no smell of smoke thankfully and room was great. I would recommend anyone going to Xiamen to stay here.

My stay on 2nd week of May 2025. The staffs were very polite and always with smiling face. After my checkout and left something behind, room cleaner reported item left behind and keep it for me. When I sent in email, Assistant Manager response promply and find solution to return to me. It really very unforgettable and Thanks to their professional services.

I was surprised by how tired and worn out the room and furnishings looked, especially the cot which should’ve been replaced a long time ago Positives - Charging dock - Autoblinds - Separate bath and shower - Good location next to a shopping centre - Friendly and helpful staff Negatives - Dated rooms - Floor hallway not aircon and very hot/stuffy - Aircon not operating well - room didn’t cool down enough Luxury hotel? Not until some room refurbishments.
