Our stay was amazing! The owner was always there to assist us via phone if needed. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, with only one other guests downstairs. The room had a stunning view of the lush forest, which was so soothing. We even had a rainbow after the evening rain! The nights were peaceful, except for the loud cicadas. We enjoyed playing games and bonding as a family. The only downside was the small bed and thin mattresses for the kids. But despite that, it was a memorable stay. The staff prepared a delicious breakfast, and the pool was refreshing with its salty water. We are leaving this resort with unforgettable memories and will definitely be recommending it to everyone we know. Also, worth to note, this is the only resort that owned by a Malay Muslim. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Good place to really get away from city life. It’s deep inside the mountain with nice view. No air conditioning here and mobile signal is very weak that you have no problem to make call but won’t be able to browse internet. The room the pool the feels all good. It’s open air room with no wall to protect from the nature but surprisingly at night we don’t get much trouble with bugs or mosquitoes when we put on the mosquito coil. Some weaknesses to point out are: 1) maintenance not properly done, our toilet bidet pipe leaking and washbasin without drain plus kitchen tap corroded and the wooden ceiling has sign of leakage from upper floor, and we smell stinky shitty smells. 2) there is no useable door lock. 3) the garden table and chairs very dirty looks like long time no maintenance. 5) google map location wrong, I tried to edit it but not sure google approve the edit as I’m not business owner.
Very disappointed service. We contacted the resort directly, no response. So we quickly booked in booking.com and paid in full. Later of the day the operator called to ask us to cancel and get refund as they’re not able to accommodate us. Truly disappointing, Rebook in future? Nahh..there are many similar resorts in the area but very unlikely to explore that area. For a high premium resort like this should have been very responsive, accommodative and pleasant customer experience starting from booking process
