Outstanding service! Simone was simply exceptional: always available, extremely courteous, and incredibly quick in meeting every request. His professionalism and warm smile made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Truly a great asset to the hotel – well done! Eléonora

The location is wonderful but the service is very poor. I stayed in a bungalow by the sea - it was really tiny and smelled of the toilet, so not the romantic experience that you've expected. You cannot stay without the curtains because everyone who goes to the beach passes in front of the bungalow so you can't enjoy the seaview. For three days noone came to clean the room. We asked for a late check out but they refused us stating that the room is sold although the next to us bungalows were empty and nobody had cleaned them for three days. One of the girls at the reception was arrogant and rude. We arrived an hour earlier and they didn't let us in just because these are the rules!?!? This is what she said.

This place is the worst of the worst. First of all, every single thing you’ll eat at this place except for limes, tomatoes and pineapples is FROZEN. They do not hire any locals except for about 5 of the people who wash the dishes, but they have 250 staff and 200 are from Sweden, the other 45 from Metropolitan France or Poland. They treat the staff horrifically. They don’t tell the staff that if they don’t finish their contract, no matter if they choose to leave or they get fired, their flights home are not paid for, and they force the people to leave within 3-5 days. You can imagine how much a flight costs back to Europe at this short notice. That’s why many people are forced to stay even though the job is absolutely horrific. Forced to work 6 days per week even though that’s illegal in France. Not allowed time off for illness or bereavement. They pay the wages whenever they can be bothered- up to 10 days after the expected date. Do not spend your money here, do not support this awful company.
