Langvik Congress Wellness Hotel

It’s good place to chill and relax, located not far away from Helsinki if you are going by train there is local taxi. The service was awesome, rooms is clean and comfortable with all necessary stuff. The spa area is nice, large pool and two djakuzi.

My partner and I celebrated our anniversary here and enjoyed our stay so much. In my opinion the best part was the food served in the hotel's very cozy restaurant. I ordered a veganized menu which did not disappoint, 5/5. Our room was the cheapest one so our view was of the parking lot, but the room itself was nice. Nothing special but nice. :-) The spa was cozy and relaxing, altough quite small, so we had to wait for a while to experience everything. Friendly and helpful staff also. Especially the waiters in the restaurant. The surrounding forest and sea are beautiful.

Horrible hotel personal..with no idea on Hospitality , service and customer experience. Very poor value for money. A great example of a place where principles are forgotten and rules remain.. My daughters marriage was held here in Feb 2023 and we arrived at this place with pre booking for early check in. While the function was at 3.30 pm and our check in was agreed at 2.00 pm . So that we can get ready. The front desk refused to give room stating it will be ready only at 3.30. He agreed 4 rooms are booked for early check-in but the room would be available only at 3.30. Had no sense of how the wedding party especially parents would get ready. Despite talking to the senior staff person responsible at that time also was use less. They need to come to indias hotels to understand what the customer experience means.. horrible people and management. Never would put my cents on this hotel..
