Hello! Can we buy drinks and use your sun beds and the swimming pool?

Too many things wrong with this place to list them all. No atmosphere no charm, no feel of sri lanka this could be in Germany. Ayurveda treatments are rushed and not all therapists are qualified. Location not desirable. Safe your money and how down to Taylor or Galle,so many better places with beautiful beaches,this was the worse vacation ever, and management doesn't care. Tiles around pool and dining area are so slippery and accident waiting to happen

**Be Warned**. Booked 4 months in advance, then 5 days before we were due to arrive they announced that our rooms had been downgraded due to them overbooking, and to make it worse, we would have to change lower grade rooms midway through our 5 night stay. No apologies, just take it or leave it. If this is how they treat customers before they arrive hate to think what their attitude to customer service is like if you actually stayed there. I have cancelled my booking, would not trust them to honour bookings even when you have paid in full.
