Very nice accommodation. The staff was very nice and helpful. The accommodation is in a great location - close to the night markets and monuments.
Great value for money! We stayed at Lanna for two nights and the location is great! It’s a short walk to many nice markets, Muay Thai arenas, restaurants and temples! The beds are super comfortable too, and the staff is helpful.
First floor rooms are next to service room which makes a high pitch noise all day and night. We informed them about the issue right at our arrival and staff told us that it would end at 9 pm which it did not. Afterwards, they did not offer any room change that night due to non availability which would have been possible right at notification. No other compensation offered except changing the room the next day which was not acceptable for us. Many mosquitos in the room. I cannot recommend this hotel.
