Lanson Place Bukit Ceylon

City hotels and urban stays usually aren’t my vibe, but Lanson Place totally gets me. Thoughtfully designed with beautiful decor and a spacious room, it’s calm and serene despite being right in the middle of the city. Loved the vibes, the quiet atmosphere, and how it’s just steps away from major malls. I don’t live far from the city, but the experience here made me want to come back. Perfect for a quick city escape — plus, the staff were genuinely warm and friendly.

Our second time staying here in lanson place. Checking in was fuss free. Rooms were exceptionally clean and housekeeping always kept the room in a tip top manner every day.. We returned to lanson based on our first stay but we were very disappointed this time around. During check out, both front desk staffs were unbothered and not friendly. We called to check if we were able to extend an hour due to our flight but they kept calling asking us to check out without checking in if we needed assistance. They called 30 minutes before 12pm checking out time. Upon getting back our deposit, both staff were unbothered to assist us. It surely is a disappointment being a returned guest. The security guards on duty always welcomed us with a smile even upon checking out and that made our stay much better. I do hope lanson place would highlight this to all staffs especially being on the front line - upon checking in / out of all guest.
