The hotel has problems with cleanliness, even though it is cleaned every day. The biggest issues was the sewage system. It was clogged very often for no reason, and the water in the shower was standing and did not flow down the drain. The same problem with the toilet… The property was full of mosquitoes even though the windows and doors were closed. In our room, the air conditioning was so loud that we could not sleep. Towels and sheets, although they were replaced, are very worn and full of stains. The only plus of this place is the location which is great.

I don’t recommend this place. We have been there for a couple of days and the same problems kept happening all the time. We couldn’t flush the toilet and we had to ask for help everyday, the water under the shower didn’t drain as well which was disgusting. The heating plate in the kitchen didn’t work properly so it was impossible to cook anything. Wi-fi in the room didn’t work almost at all. The apartment seemed a bit dirty to me. Advantages: location, cleaning and changing towels everyday. Also they provide laundry but it’s more expensive than anywhere so I advice you to take your clothes to the laundry by yourself :)

Wake up to huge cockroaches in your bed, kitchen cupboards, the whole apartment smells like very bad sewage, a trickle of a shower & the staff are incredibly helpful and polite - until you ask for something or you have a complaint. I have never left a negative review - but we've just arrived to a lovely clean, bigger apartment for the same price - our clothes stink from the sewage smell (which they acknowledged was a problem but didn't do anything about) and my clothes and shoes are covered in mold from the damp smelly wardrobe. Seriously, don't stay here unless you enjoy spending your holiday in reception asking for things to be fixed.
