The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. From booking of our hotel rooms, to booking attraction tickets and even assisting in planning our daily itinerary. The advice they had shared helped us to avoid the crowds and complete our trip with ease! They had even assisted in planning our itinerary elsewhere (in the city area approx. 40mim away). Location wise, it's within walkable distance to the main attraction entrance. They are very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend! Unfortunately I had forgotten to take photos :(
Service was exceptionally remarkable with them going the extra mile everytime, we felt very welcomed throughout our whole stay. On the day of our stay, our flight was delayed and they checked up on us. When we were leaving it was raining heavily and they helped us with our luggages and sheltered us from the rain. Location was a stone’s throw away from ZJJ national forest park, 10 mins by foot and 4 mins by car. They will also offer to help you book tickets/transport to ensure the best prices as ZJJ is known for tourist traps.
