We had the best experience in the hotel surrounded by nature and the pools the whole area was refreshing, there is kids club, playing area for kids, gym. For the breakfast it was good. Soul senses spa we didn't have a pleasant experience with them for the price they didn't preform the service very well, they have changed the timing multiple times and we already had plans + we have already paid prior to the service. The themed parks were so fun and near the hot it takes minutes by the carts. Overall we enjoyed the hotel, I wouldn't recommend the spa. And the workers there not all of them were welcoming.

This resort is perfect for a weekend getaway with family. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very attentive to guests. The food is delicious, and the pool area is spectacular great for relaxing and spending time with family. Plus, the hotel includes 2 park tickets and there’s an outlet nearby, which makes it super convenient and complete. Definitely worth it!

It was an amazing experience for us. From the reception welcoming us with the garlands and drinks. Staff in the check in counter is very helpful. The resort is beautiful. Rooms are clean and big. The lazy river view from our balcony was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was ok. It’s worth the price considering we also got a park ticket that we enjoyed after our check out. Recommend! ❤️
