Lapland Hotels Arena

Rooms are fantastic. Stayed in the sauna room and in the suite. Both are excellent rooms, the interior is very nice. The speaker in the bathroom for whatever you have playing on the TV is also a great add-on and pretty unique. They also have ambient lighting that you can select yourself to switch to an option that can mirror the daylight / night periods, for a better sleep quality. Saunas are in excellent quality and are very enjoyable. The bedding and pillows are beyond comfortable. The robe is also made of a very nice fabric. Had some issues with the ventilation system, however the duty manager helped me resolve this in a great way. Receptionist Emma was a great help, at a previous stay on another location they did not enroll me into the club membership. She informed me adequately and helped me join. Receptionist Henna was a great help when I asked for directions to nice locations within the city that are must visits. All in all, very friendly staff. The rooms are great. The vibe is great. The food in the restaurant is great. Definitely would stay again.

My wife and I recently stayed here for our anniversary. Out of all the accommodation choices available in Tampere we are very glad we stayed at Lapland Arena. Everything was perfect. Our room had a lovely view overlooking the city and lakes. The room (and entire hotel for that matter) was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was friendly and professional. Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel in Finland. Omelette bar chef makes an amazing smoked reindeer omelette 👌 I can highly recommend staying here and we will definitely return soon! P.s thank you to Lapland Arena for our complimentary treats you left in our room for our anniversary celebrations. It's the small details that count and you have nailed it.

Hotel reception was hard to find. You don't see the big sign's about the hotel. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast was really good. Elevators was a little bit tricky and slowly to use..even though there was three elevators.. overall it was a good experience! Worth to spend a weekend in there and explore Tampere. Please try the rooftop saunas, it's free😉
