The real strength of this resort is undoubtedly the entertainment team: Mirko, Cecilia, Fabrizio, Mattia, Cristina, Manuel, Fabian, Giada, Roberta, Rita, Peppe, Melania, and Nicole. An extraordinary team, always smiling, engaging, and full of energy, capable of entertaining both adults and children with ease and passion. Sincere congratulations to each of you! The facility as a whole is excellent, surrounded by greenery, with a pool suitable for all ages and a bar always open, ideal for any time of day. There are also a soccer field and a tennis court, which could benefit from some maintenance. I haven't had direct experience with the restaurant, but I've been told it's truly excellent.

We vacationed at this resort, and overall it wasn't bad, except for a few things: I found the food rather simple and unrefined for its 4-star rating. I expected at least higher quality. I expected dessert and fruit to be available at the buffet, but there was only one of the two. Regarding coffee, it should be included with meal services (lunch and dinner), so you don't have to leave the restaurant and then go get it at the pool bar, paying for it even if you're full board. The shuttle and train services are well organized. The "Maragù" entertainment team deserves full marks, as they're imaginative and know how to put on great shows both during the day and in the evening, engaging the audience. The rooms themselves are clean, as they cleaned the room every day. Overall, the resort is very clean. As for the pool, which is very well-kept and clean, the only negative, on a personal level, is the requirement to wear a swimming cap. Ample and convenient parking.
