Large Apartment at Oracle Resort

I had an absolutely amazing stay at The Oracle Tower in Broadbeach! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed with the sleek, modern architecture and the luxurious feel of the property. The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and feature top-of-the-line amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The views of the coastline were breathtaking, especially at sunset and sunrise! The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, cafes, restaurants and the vibrant Broadbeach dining scene. I also appreciated the convenience of having the Oasis Shopping mall nearby for all my shopping needs. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and professional, always ready to help with anything I needed. The pool, spa facilities and the gym were fantastic, and I found myself spending a lot of time there enjoying the peaceful surroundings. If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and convenient place to stay on the Gold Coast, The Oracle Tower is definitely the place to be. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

The pool was amazing, the gym too, and the theatrette was amazing. As well as that the rooms were clean and the staff helpful. Also a great location

The state of cleanliness in the room was unacceptable. The bed sheets were stained in both mine and the kids room, the cutlery was dirty, and there was visible mould in the bathroom. Additionally, the lounges had hair from previous guests, which is completely unhygienic. I was so uncomfortable that I had to clean many of these issues myself, which should never be expected of a guest. This is far below the standard I anticipated, and I hope immediate steps will be taken to improve the cleaning and housekeeping practices. This was the feedback I sent to the staff and I received no response or acknowledgement.
