Larina Ninova Thermal Spa and Hotel

Rooms and hotel lobby is very beautiful and well designed. But the staff is arrogant and keep asking for tips very rudely. There were no door locks in the rooms, the lockers were not fixed. Dinner closes a bit early and a bit difficult for veggies.

One of the dirtiest and the least welcoming hotels i've ever had. We stayed for 5 days but noone ever came to clean the room or they didn't ever attempt to change the towels. The restaurant is OK but no other facilities can be graded more than worse.

For God sake, worst experience ever. Make us booked 2 rooms and Not informing us in advance there is a noisy party till midnight in front of our room! Cannot have any rest at all after long day travel ! Also toilet is so broke and wait for 4 hours to fix then can go toilet properly! Even there are bad reviews left from last people who stay here! Where is hygiene! If you guys can understand Turkish, please check photos attached. Overall is really sooooo bad experience, at least let us know there will be a big party here while we calling to book room! So we can change and get good rest and at same time, the party can have fun. Really Chaos of schedule and management! Besides, there are no WiFi in this side of building where our room locating!
