The front office staff and housekeeping team at the hotel were exceptional, creating a seamless and comfortable experience throughout my stay. The front office staff greeted me with a warm smile and were highly efficient during check-in, providing all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and nearby attractions. Their professionalism and helpfulness made me feel welcome and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. As for housekeeping, the attention to detail was impressive. The room was spotless, with fresh linens and toiletries replenished daily, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment. Overall, both teams went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, and I truly appreciated their dedication to excellent service.

We had a wonderful family vacation at the resort. The resort is nestled in the lap of nature, far away from the madding crowd. The rooms and the layout of the resort is exceptional!! The staff is very courteous. Overall, a wonderful place if one is looking for a quiet time with your loved one's. A big thanks to the Team Larisa for making our stay very memorable!!

Absolute luxury in the hills. Breathtaking views, spacious rooms, open perfectly mowed lawns, pool with hills and mountains all around. Rooms in between apple orchards. Location away from the crazy traffic and overwhelming crowd. Total justice to Manali trip. A little suggestion though to include children pool with less depth and bath tubs in the bathroom which will be much more convenient instead of cubicles with water going haywire in the entire floor. Though food was excellent to taste buds but because the resort is far away from main town, it is expected that a resort this luxurious should stock up multiple options in its menu for a wholesome and satiated appetite. Trust me nothing more is needed for the Manali trip after that.
