A super stay, and thank you to Nicholas who went over and beyond his duty. The rooms were wonderful, comfortable and luxurious. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very hospitable. I wish we stayed there longer, but may be next time. I would love to return, especially for Nicholas's hot chocolate, was perfect for the wet weather we had. Ciao for now!
Our room was perfectly situated in strategic location. The Bedroom offered exceptional comfort ensuring a great night sleep. The entire property was spotless and inviting. The host were incredibly kind and accommodating, They were always available when we needed assistance. The Wi-Fi worked With flawlessly. Moreover, the proximity to shopping, restaurants, and all attractions were ideally positioned.
Good place with friendly staff. Highlights: Excellent location, spacious rooms, and overall high-quality experience. Areas for Improvement: We selected this hotel because it advertised SPA services. However, upon check-in, we discovered that the SPA was not yet operational. Additionally, the images shown during booking were not their own, which was misleading. It was disappointing to choose this hotel based on services that were ultimately unavailable.
