I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Yuseth Y. Simpson Mills, Head of Front Desk and Concierge, for her outstanding service and dedication. Thanks to her personal involvement, an important delivery was successfully handed over to a hotel guest on time and without any inconvenience. Her commitment, attention to detail, and clear communication throughout the process were truly commendable. I am especially grateful for the time she took to patiently answer all my questions and ensure that everything would go smoothly. Her professionalism and willingness to assist at every step made a real difference. Please extend my congratulations to the entire Front Desk team as well, whose support and coordination reflect a high standard of hospitality. I only spent one night at Hotel Las Américas Golden Tower, but it was a really good experience. The bed was incredibly comfortable—honestly one of the best I’ve slept in. The shower was amazing too, with great water pressure and a sleek design. Overall, everything was clean, modern, and well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Panama City.

This Hotel is in a great location, but the room was dirty. There were old finger print stains on the doors, ink stains on the sheets and side tables and the floor were so dirty my feet turned black after walking around the room. Room service was incredibly slow, one day we requested toilet paper and after waiting 30 minutes had to use the lobby bathroom. The breakfast had a good variety of mediocre food and I could taste that the water was not properly filtered and the glasses smelt like they were washed with an old sponge. I would not return. Look for something else closeby.
