The decay of a supposedly 5-star hotel. Stained sheets, pool with green stuff around the edges, breakfast varied but nothing delicious, towels that a 1-star hotel would have already discarded, noisy air conditioning, terrible Wi-Fi. For the price, I would have been better off staying at a 2-star hotel.
I'd start by saying that I've stayed in hotels of all budgets and I've never in my life seen sheets dirtier than those at this hotel... other than that, they gave us a towel at the pool on the 10th floor that was falling apart from being so old... and I didn't see the point in closing the adult pool so early... they close everything very, very early... but even that?
