It's always a pleasure to stay at Las Brisas. For a second stay, the hosts were most welcoming, generous with advice for visiting their part of the country. The cabinas are comfortable, clean, and perfectly equipped to accommodate their visitors. We are a family of four, and everyone enjoys their stay. Some negative reviews are not at all representative of the place. It's a little green paradise. You will be charmed.
We had a wonderful stay at Las Brisas. The location, surrounded by lush vegetation, is very pleasant, the rooms are beautifully decorated, and Sylvain is attentive when needed and offers advice on places to explore. We had two different cabinas after Sylvain adjusted the second to make it more suitable for a family of four with children. Thank you for your stay and all the best for the future.
I would absolutely think twice renting or staying with this establishment. I was going to do long term rental and I paid a deposit to hold the space. In this time I was diagnosed with a brain aneurysm. My plans have changed and I no longer need or can rent the space. I have sent them paper work with my diagnosis, now they are demanding I provide them with my doctors name and number before they refund my deposit. This is one against hippa, my doctor nor will my specialist speak to them without my consent. I have provided what they requested and they won't refund my money, secondly bad and unprofessional practices on their end. Also learned they don't return deposits even if you left the place perfect, I was also told the road to their cottages was easy to pass in a car and no 4X4 required. I had a friend send me a live video of the road condition and it isn't safe for anything but 4x4. They not only lied multiple times, harassed me for the deposit and ghosted when I requested more information, I am now dealing with a brain condition that is fatal and they creating more unneeded stress. I have all of this is writing, these people are crooks and liars! Renter, travelers beware and look else where!
