Las Brisas Ixtapa

The best kept secret in Ixtapa! The all inclusive is excellent . The service is unequalled . This place feels like you are coming home . Only a 5 hour trip from Vancouver and boom you are in paradise . The resorts beach 🏖️ is very exclusive . But keep in mind it’s not for the novice . Don’t attempt to run into the water like a rookie. Temperature is perfect. The rooms are tidy and the people who look after the rooms will cater to some special needs. Mexican people are friendly and very respectful. Please be respectful, don’t yell and be generous when you tip as they shared amongst the group . Las Brisas II is a bit pricey but nothing compared to a dinner by the beach on a starry night 🌌 very romantic, excellent service. If you can visit this place ! The architecture is fantastic. Viva Mexico 🇲🇽

In my opinion the room service is excellent, the staff is super friendly and professional. They solve your doubts, providing help. The food in the different restaurants is excellent, the buffet is highly recommended, delicious dishes and great variety. The only thing that needs to be improved is the maintenance such as the air conditioning.

!!!!DO NOT USE LOBBY BAR!!!!! I had initially planned to leave a 5-star review for my stay, but unfortunately, an experience with a member of the lobby bar staff on the evening of March 13th, 2025, has led me to reconsider. The staff member in question was exceptionally rude and condescending, creating a highly unpleasant interaction. It seemed as though he was displeased by my all-inclusive bracelet, which left me wondering if it was due to personal reasons, perhaps because I am a tourist in his country or for other reasons unrelated to my experience. Aside from this one unfortunate encounter, the rest of the resort was exceptional. The views were stunning, the balcony was fantastic, and the food was excellent. Service throughout the resort was consistently outstanding (except for the lobby bar), with the beach bar staff going above and beyond. I was grateful for their friendly and attentive service, and I made sure to show my appreciation with generous tips. I also had a wonderful experience at the Mexican restaurant, where the waiter was incredibly attentive, even offering us samples of dessert and teaching us a bit of Spanish. The Italian restaurant was fantastic, I recommend the chicken dish. While I had an overall great experience, I would advise potential guests to exercise caution when visiting the lobby bar, especially as a tourist, the service there was a significant departure from the otherwise high standards at the resort. Will never go back here again unfortunately.
