Gabriela, Elberto and so many others made this such a lovely stay! It was my birthday week and Gabriela made it so special. The rooms were clean, the service impeccable and the location walkable to the center of town. the grounds were gorgeous and the food was delicious so thank you!

During my stay in the summer of 2023 at a hotel renowned for its excellent pool facilities, I encountered a mixed bag of experiences that shaped my overall impression. The hotel and its pool were undoubtedly the highlights, offering a great environment for relaxation and leisure, which I thoroughly enjoyed. However, the service aspects of the hotel left a bit to be desired. Firstly, the staff seemed to provide limited guidance regarding local attractions and getting around town, which made exploring a bit more challenging than expected. Additionally, I encountered an unusual request from the hotel management. Upon arriving a mere 20 minutes before the official check-in time, I was asked to pay an extra fee to access my room, which I found somewhat off-putting, considering the minimal time difference. Another point of concern was the timing of the cleaning services. The room cleaning was consistently done late in the afternoon, around 5 PM, which was inconvenient and disruptive, especially after a day out, when one might prefer to relax in their room. In conclusion, while the physical amenities of the hotel, such as the pool and the rooms, were impressive, the service elements did not quite meet the same standard. The experience could have been enhanced with better customer service and more timely housekeeping.
