Top tier accommodation in this beautiful town. The beds are as comfortable as a 5-star hotel. Service and kindness is perfect. The owner keeps everything pristine and highly cleaned and detailed. One of the best places we stayed in Colombia. Perfect price/quality relation. Flo and Catherine are so nice, the place is so pretty, the bed is amazing and the towels smell wonderfully :)

I stayed with them for 2 nights with i believe the cheapest option. The room was decent and the price was cheap. It’s a simple room at a cheap price; nothing to complain about. Although, the fan in the room is quite old and it fell on me on the last night. So safety is not the best. However, the location was actually not good. On google map it might show up as close but the hotel is at the bottom of the hill. You have to walk 15 mins up hill to get to the centre of the town. Lastly, the owners of the hotel are beyond rude. They have been harassing me for the past 3 days because I gave them a pleasant stay on booking.com, and not a higher rating review. They did not respond to the review on the official page, but messaged me calling me a bad person. Saying i stayed at the cheaper room instead of staying at a nice room. Even though i did not complain about the room at all. They listed item like hair dryer on booking but don’t have it. Then when asked they said they don’t have that. He was nice enough to gave me on my last night, but then messaged me saying he only gave me as a favour. They should not list item that are not available in the room on their site. It’s misleading for the customer.
