A very nice charming hotel in the city center of Seville in a small, very quiet street and only a 4-minute walk from the cathedral. We spent 7 nights there in a room that was really pleasant to our taste. We also had a mini-bar fridge at our disposal in the room. It was very nice and especially the space to put some of our drinks. A big thank you for this attention worthy of a 4-star hotel of course. The nicest thing about this hotel is the absolute calm whether you are at the pool or in the room or even in the richly decorated common areas. In any case, for anyone looking for a quiet hotel, I highly recommend this one. It is very unusual and relatively small to be special and intimate. A big thank you and if we return to Seville we will come back to you. Thank you to Maïté for her kindness, her professionalism and her smile and of course thank you to all the rest of the hotel team who were at the top.
This hotel is extremely well situated, close to the old center, the real Alcazar or the Cathedral. Lot's of cosy and nice restaurants nearby but at the same time this place is extremely quiet. The patio on the roof top is really appreciated, a tiny pool for refreshing during hot scorching days. Heaps of nice touch here and there, feels like a real life museum 😍. To the management: on the minus side, there are a few clunky things that should / could be fixed: 1) service at breakfast is inexistant. During our stay we got asked only for our room number. Meanwhile there are flies all over the place living their best life in the unprotected fresh fruits. The toaster is broken. Tables are left messy after usage for ages (never saw anyone coming for cleaning). Dairy vegan options are lacking (oat, soy, almond... milk?). Could really improve the assortment around the "cornflakes", I grew up with Kellogg's but I would rather taste your own fresh Granola. Around the marmalade and other paste, you should consider investing in buying real pots and get rid of all these single unique usage portion of nutella, honey, jam... 2) in our room's bathroom (111), after every usage of the toilet you get a very strong sewer smell that lasts for hours. It seems to be way stronger in the morning. We also killed a few ants during our stay (same place). Oh, and having a toilet brush would also be gladly appreciated. 3) would be nice to be able to close / open the curtains that leads to the balcony. It's practically impossible to do so. EDIT: got to speak with the manager on our departure day. She was really friendly and assured she would be addressing the mentioned points. I appreciated the honest exchange. Giving you the missing star ⭐ and trust in your capability to take care of your future guests 🧡.
Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. We received a very warm welcome with a complimentary glass of cava. We booked a classic room which was lovely, decent size with high ceilings, tea and coffee facilities, robes and slippers, mini bar, lovely big bathroom with rituals toiletries. Room was very clean and quiet. The location of the hotel is very central. We didn't book breakfast as we prefer to go to local cafes for café con leche and fabulous pastries each morning. Would highly recommend.
