Las Palmas by the Sea All Inclusive

It was our first time going to Puerto Vallarta, we had a splendid time! This was our girls trip and we wanted a resort that would have activities, good drinks, great views, amazing food and you also have the opportunity to do alot of excursions outside of the resort. Manuel is unfortunately leaving but he was friendly and kind during breakfast time. As for dinner time, Daniel was our main server. He was always recommending us the best drinks and would try to cater to our tastes. Keep in mind, this resort has local families and couples and so, the staff will speaking Spanglish however they will do their best to make your stay amazing. I could only remember Norma, but she always kept our room clean and would ask if we needed anymore water bottles or new towels. Additionally, if you need help at the front desk Jasmine is very patient and kind. She speaks very good english as well. This place is a hidden gem, the beach is serene and less crowded then the one in Zona Romantica! It's a great place to be adventurous while being able to relax in the adult poolside. Highly Recommend 🥰☺️

I am genuinely surprised that this place has nearly 4 stars, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I called ahead to confirm that the hotel had ample parking for guests and was assured there was plenty available. However, upon arrival, I found only 10 to 15 parking spaces for the entire hotel, which were also used by the staff. At check-in, I requested to add an additional guest to my reservation. The front desk agent was unhelpful and insisted it was not possible to make changes, even though I was willing to pay the difference. It took nearly an hour for him to finally agree to make the changes. My family and I had planned a full family vacation, booking a total of six rooms for the entire week. Two of these rooms were mine—one for my wife and me, and the other for our kids. One of our rooms had a strong smell of humidity, and the air conditioning in both rooms did not work properly, failing to cool the rooms. In one of my brother-in-law's rooms, the ceiling in the shower started dripping water, and the air conditioning was also not functioning. Another brother-in-law's room experienced an overflowing shower, causing water to spill into the room. None of the six rooms we rented had working air conditioning. During lunch one day, one of my kids started feeding the birds. A staff member approached rudely and yelled at my child, telling him to stop immediately or face a fine from the hotel. Instead of addressing the issue with me, the staff member chose to scare off the birds by throwing a napkin at them, causing them to fly over our table full of food. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is not worth a penny.

This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The front desk staff was shockingly rude and completely unhelpful. We had a confirmed reservation, but they still made us wait over an hour to check in while they stood around distracted and ignoring guests. When we addressed the issue of having two people in a two person room (which we had reserved), they gave us major attitude and acted like it was a problem. Completely ridiculous. And when we finally got the room, it wasn’t even the one we had originally seen online. We politely brought this up, and the guy at the front desk flat out lied to my face, claiming it was the same room he showed us before. It absolutely was not. He was either confused or just didn’t care, but either way, it was disrespectful and dishonest. And don’t expect to get any rest here the walls are so paper thin that we could literally hear the people next door breathing. No joke. Zero soundproofing, no privacy, and no comfort. In total, we wasted three hours just trying to check in and deal with all this nonsense. Our vacation started with stress, frustration, and total disappointment. Do NOT stay here. They don’t care about customer service, comfort, or basic honesty.
