I stayed in this hotel it was absolutely amazing but just one tiny problem I heard so many fireworks in my windows and it heard like people were banging on my window. But I do recommend to come here the pool is clean the hot tub is hot but when you stay in it for a long time it gets warm. The lazy river loved it i had a view of the lazy river on the balcony it was so beautiful. I would come here next year if I have a chance!!
It was very nice and a perfect distance to, and from, the main strip which was very nice! If you have ever been to a worldmark before, it is essentially the same floor plan. Ours was a two bedroom king, two doubles, and a Murphy. The place was clean and generally well maintained. It had several pools and a lazy river with lifeguards as well. My kids loved it a lot! It had quite a few cabanas and umbrellas but could have had a bit more. Our friends are the time share owners, so I don't have a feel for the cost effectiveness of a time share cost vs. booking a hotel stay. But overall it was a very nice experience and I would stay here again for sure.
Came here with a friend as a “guest” under my mom’s timeshare. The young woman that checked me in was nice but sending me to member services for a wristband is where the check in process took a nosedive. They made it seem as if I NEEDED to get the wristband key to access the pool & other amenities (you don’t) and the only people who can give it to you are the ones trying to force you to come to the seminar. I explained that I’m actually in the progress of being added as a secondary owner with my mom yet they continued to push and push. They asked questions I didn’t think were appropriate (I.e. my age, who I came with, & my martial status). I’m very cautious about traveling as a woman, especially when speaking to men who now know what room I’m staying in. I also arrived to Vegas pretty late (about 9pm) and just wanted to get my key & settle in. The check in process took AT LEAST 30 mins. which is absolutely unacceptable. I told the member service rep that I did not want to attend the seminar in the morning bc I’m not buying anything nor will I be waking up for it. He proceeded to give me the number to the front desk, along with his cell phone number and said I could call if I changed my mind. He offered to also call me in the morning to see if I was coming and I asked him NOT to call. Guess what, after a night out on the town, I get woken up at 8:30a by the loud room phone regarding the seminar. I received another call on my cell phone at around 10am. Completely UNACCEPTABLE! Other CONS: - Lazy river was not working properly. I had to kick my legs and force my way around the river. I asked the lifeguard why I wasn’t moving (this was not my first time at this resort so I knew something was off). He explained that the river needed a new motor, they’ve had it for weeks but hadn’t installed it. - A/C in the bedroom did not work properly. It was 110 degrees outside so you can imagine how hot/stuff the room was every night. My friend and I ended having to sleep together in the living room pull out. -Shuttle only makes on stop on the strip & its toward the end of the strip. Had to catch an uber to get to the more lively part of the strip. - No free internet PROS: - Grounds were clean - Free parking - Quiet - Enjoyed the Starbucks onsite (although they now charge for a cup of iced water even when you purchase a beverage)
